If you wish aerobic walks, you can walk from Island Sun - Mango Bay down to Cinnamon Bay/North shore sandy beach. Walks are approx. 10-15 minutes down; 45-60 minutes up for return  

For Francis Bay Estate it's an easy walk to Francis Bay beach right down the road. 

For  Morningside - Latitude -   the closest beach is Rendezvous and the walks are as shown above.   

For La Bella Vita - you can walk down to the Westin resort beach area (about a 10  minute walk down a paved road)  

For Tango Mare - you can walk to Hart Bay beach, about a 5 minute walk.

For Hawk's Nest villa, it is an aerobic walk down the driveway to the beach below.
For Terrahawk villa, it is an easy walk across the street to the beach
