To make a reservation for one of the St. John villas please complete the form.
Do not consider this a reservation until you receive the villa invoice sent be email attachment.
Note: Arrival Information & Vehicle reservations must be on record before travel confirmation can be processed.
*Some villas,
because of their layout or decor are not safe
or appropriate for small children. We will advise if your villa choice
does not accept children under certain ages.
NOTE: After submitting
the form will disappear from view which means it's on the way to us.
If you do not hear back from us within 24 hrs please send us a regular
email and will check it out to be sure ...after all cyberspace can be tricky!
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

tax and a non refundable $50
Security

. To confirm your reservation, 50% of the total rental fee is
required; the balance, plus tax and fees, is due 60 days prior to the
date of arrival.

CANCELLATION
POLICY:
No deposits will be refunded unless a
replacement rental is obtained. Should you be forced to cancel for ANY
reason and a replacement rental is obtained, your deposit will be
refunded, less 20% of the complete rental rate. Reservations cancelled
less than 90 days in advance of reservation date will incur a 30%
penalty.
This property is privately owned. The Owner and Property Manager reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at their complete discretion. The Owner and Property Manager will not be responsible for accident, injury or for the loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. There exists the possibility of construction noise from 7 am to 3:30 pm weekdays and Saturdays. The property will not be rented to anyone under 25 years of age unless part of or guest of a family group. NO parties, weddings or gatherings for groups larger than those renting a house are allowed in our villas without our written permission. Additional fees may apply.
