The spacious fully air conditioned great room flows into a complete gourmet kitchen. The ample, well appointed kitchen features granite countertops, cooking island, gas cook top and all the latest appliances.
The great room faces an enormous dining deck that will invite you to linger over each meal and soak in the delightful view of Chocolate Hole and Great Cruz Bay.

Four bedrooms, two on each level provide cool air-conditioned comfort should you feel the need. Ceiling fans throughout the villa and bedrooms are also part of the island ambiance to enjoy the tropical breezes. The master suite also opens to a private garden sitting area perfect for the quiet morning coffee. Each bedroom has an adjoining private full bath each with a luxuriantly decorative shower.
The lower level master bedroom features an adjoining room to the master suite with a pull out sofa bed good for younger children who need to be near parents. This sunny spacious room opens on one side to the pool deck and on the other into a private garden nook. Both lower level bedrooms feature king beds and private baths. All bedrooms are air conditioned.
Lounge around the 12 x 21 sized pool on the lower deck and enjoy the views. On the pool deck there is a conveniently located wet bar as well as a half bath and shower facilities. The pool area features lounges and chairs in both sun and shade areas to accommodate all preferences.
When it's time to venture out, hit the quaint town
of Cruz Bay, a mere 5 minutes drive away or head up to the northshore beaches
all within a 10 minute drive.
Remember... All homes are fully equipped and
are cleaned and ready for you. You will be met on arrival and escorted to your
vacation home. An 8% Island tax and a security deposit is added to the above
rates.
