To make a reservation for one of the St. John GET AWAY villas please complete  the form.  
Do not consider this a reservation until you receive the villa invoice sent be email attachment.

NOTE: For a smooth transition arrival on St. John, Get Away Villas Property Management requests that the Jeep reservation be made through them. Choose your jeep on this form or from the Jeep web page.

** You must be 25 years of age to rent a vehicle on St. John.
A Jeep must be reserved for your villa reservation.  If you have not checked one of the above vehicles and plan to do this at a later date you may reserve though us or you may reserve one on your own.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
 . All rentals are subject to a 8% U.S.V.I. room tax and a refundable $500 Security Deposit . (See Rental Policy)
. To confirm your reservation, 50% of the total rental fee is required; the balance, plus tax and fees, is due 60 days prior to the date of arrival.
. You agree to abide .by all of the Rental Policies

CANCELLATION POLICY:
No deposits will be refunded unless a replacement rental is obtained. Should you be forced to cancel for ANY reason and a replacement rental is obtained, your deposit will be refunded, less 30% of the complete rental rate.

This property is  privately owned. The Owner and Property Manager reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at their complete discretion. The Owner and Property Manager will not be responsible for accident, injury or for the loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. There exists the possibility of construction noise from 7 am to 3:30 pm weekdays and Saturdays. The property will not be rented to anyone under 25 years of age unless part of or guest of a family group. NO parties, weddings or gatherings for groups larger than those renting a house are allowed in our villas without our written permission. Additional fees may apply.

No one expects the unexpected...whether it be a last minute medical emergency that forces you to cancel, another covered reason, or even a flight delay. Villa owners/property managers do not refund if you have a problem...Cancellation penalties are severe  so we strongly urge you to take TRAVEL INSURANCE to protect from the unexpected loss of vacation funds!
