bedroom/3 bath villa, located at the point of Maria Bluff between Great Cruz Bay
and Chocolate Hole, and offers magnificent views of St. Thomas and the
surrounding cays.
This villa also features a 1/bedroom/1 bath cottage for rental with the main
house (never separate) if needed. This
expansive water view will be your focal
point as you lounge around the lap
(25 x 10' / 4 -5.5 ft deep) pool on the sun and shade deck.
At the edge of the deck is a hot tub which is easily accessed from the
main part of the villa and also from the master bedroom sliders. Perfect for
evening star gazing!
The light and cheerful great room area features sliders that allow the view to
entertain you with pool and sunset views beyond while inside lounging
comfortably,
dining indoors or enjoying the gourmet kitchen facilities.
This villa features the three main house bedrooms under
one roof.
Two master bedroom suites with bath are featured on opposite sides of the
great room making it perfect for two couples.
Each bedroom is air conditioned with cable tv, vcr
and king bed.
There's an inside staircase that takes you to the upper
level with twin beds for the kids. It can also be made into kings for another
couple but does not offer the same degree of privacy.
For extended
families, there is a guest cottage (which never rented separately) features
a bedroom with a king bed and bath, air conditioning, cable tv, vcr. A small
kitchen, living room and private outside deck make it perfect for families
traveling with grandparents .
Amani is a first rate choice for the romantic couple getaway but fits the needs
of a family or couples traveling together.
