Plumeria Plumeria - is a 2 bedroom/2 bath suites villa with extra sleeping in an upstairs twin loft above the great room. This lovely appointed private home high atop Gift Hill. Step inside the high white outer walls and you'll be greeted by a profusion of flowers from the plumeria, hibiscus, and oleander that line the inner courtyard. The outer wall and two L shaped buildings surround three sides of the courtyard, enclosing the refreshing swimming pool, an outdoor dining area and a long sun deck, effectively providing a secluded get-away-from-it-all retreat. Enjoy the 10 x 16 pool as you laze away the time and watch the ever changing colors of the water view.
To one side of the courtyard is the great room with cathedral ceiling and large arched windows, indoor dining area, entertainment center and complete bath. A spiral stairway leads to the loft above that can sleep two in either twin or king accommodations.
The large newly designed, fully equipped gourmet kitchen also flows from the great room area to the outdoor living environment as well.
On the opposite side of the courtyard, another building houses the two spacious, air conditioned bedroom suites featuring queen beds. Each room in the house is lovingly decorated and comfortably furnished for all your indoor activities.
Outdoor living will beckon. By day, the sweeping panoramic view across the turquoise waters of Pillsbury Sound sparkle beneath you. At night, the lights of St. Thomas twinkle in the distance for magical and romantic evenings.
